It was an experience I would definitely go for again. ![]() My latest visit did not disappoint in the drink arena: the Strawberry Basil Mule. I always scour a menu for the ingredients on each option to find something I haven’t tried mixed together before. I am a sucker for restaurants that include unlikely, peculiar pairings in their recipes. So I can’t personally attest to the scrumptious seafood plates that Page’s provides, but my husband and other family members gush over it all! I’m about to tell you another shameful secret. ![]() Pimiento cheese is another new discovery for this Northern girl. My typical go-to meal (though I’ve had many others) for dinner is the Pawley’s Pimiento Cheese Burger and I load up on all the Southern sides. Personally, I had never heard of okra before eating at this restaurant! A shame, right?! I make sure to get a side of Page’s fried okra at every visit. Outdoor seating is also aplenty with tables under an expansive covered patio and seating at the outside bar stretching along the building. But even if you do have to wait, it is worth it! Inside the restaurant has a nice open, family-friendly feel with booths, tables, and an interior bar. Page’s has a plethora of seating options when they aren’t super busy! This place is booming in popularity, so I do recommend going there at somewhat odd times of the day to better your chances of getting in quickly. A family friend who frequents the Charleston area told us he always makes a point to eat at this restaurant whenever he visits! Since then, we’ve made sure all of our family members and many friends who visit us get a chance to taste Page’s delicious Southern cooking, whether for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or supper! Seating With original, familial, Lowcountry recipes spanning generations, the founders of Page’s Okra Grill are from right here: Mount Pleasant, South Carolina! I first heard about Page’s when my husband, in-laws, and I visited Charleston to look for our first home.
